I made a protein shake that has 50g of protein. Whey, pineapple, bananas, milk, yogurt, raw honey. I calculated my lean body mass and it's 150 lbs, so I need 150g of protein.
I go to the gym and I want to get jacked eventually but my primary goal is losing all of my fat as thats more important to me right now, what if I just fast and once a day just drink three of my shakes and that's it? I have a supplement stack for vitamins and nutrients. Is this retarded idea?
