fucking hell, fair enough if you can.. but theres absolutely no way you arent already full after that heavy of a dinner 2.5k kcals when i was peak bulk was basically just 20nuggets large vanilla milkshake w a chicken burger absolute slop, these 3 items alone would reach close to 2k
