Only feel like mewing after shaving facial hair?

Having a stubble or having a beard makes me lose the motivation to mew or exercise my jaw.
Anyone else feel this way?

I just wanna get lean even through winter while also being clean shaven

Just saying growing it out makes me wanna bloatmax and let myself go
