Only high and low dimo affects a rating, meaning higher or lower rating.
When the person has average dimorphism (from 5 to 7 out of 10 scale) it doesn't matter and is not a failo or a halo, it shouldn't even be considered.
At that point is a matter of taste to look feminine or masculine, when is not on the extremes.
That's why a feminine looking man is not really feminine, he is just below average in dimo and that doesn't mean he looks bad.
But if the dimo is too low he starts looking like a woman that's where it should be considered a failo and reduce the rating. The same goes for high dimo: increase rating but don't increase appeal.
Appeal is also not related to dimorphism but rather taste (phenotype).
