The thing with low t high e is that the growth will be faster and close the growth plates maybe but other than that it's cope to blame it on the environment.

For example, let's say a opioid-addicted fuck at age 15 has a small dick til the age of 21 some would say it cucked his growth but that's wrong because if he fixed his hormones he would get to his potential, girth, length whatever at age 21 even because the tissue still grew.
