It is odd neck training machines are rare in gyms in 2022. They used to be more common. My theory is they are viewed as unsanitary by gym owners. I mimic the machine by laying down on a bench and putting a 10 lbs weight on my head, all 4 directions. Does your machine look like this?

its like this kinda. All you have to do to train your neck 360 completely is switch the way your sitting on it and flex your neck in that direction.

Best part is its way way safer than free lifting since its a machine so no chance to hurt your neck.

Look for any of those hardcore Old-school bodybuilding gyms that's are usually independently owned and not part of a franchise.

Only one that might have it which is a chain is golds gym.

I gave myself occipital neuralgia from neck training 18 months ago. I haven't trained it since. I still get a painless click when I turn my head to the left.

That's the main thing I'm scared about Which is why im using machines even though its slim chance of happening regardless. You have no pain though right.

Basically my neck harness snapped with 30kg and it caused the weight to shift violently to my left side, giving me whiplash. I also heard a click and my back was numb for a few hours.

It seems to have fixed itself though. I haven't had any pain since and it's been over a year later. The click still remains though. Maybe a pinched nerve? I'm not sure.

With a machine you should be fine, but always be careful with your neck is my advice.

My neck also grew from 15 to 17 inches when I trained it and I have lost all my gains now.
