In fact, I was so stupid I couldn't even walk properly, so self-conscious I'd trip all over just from overthinking (had insane social anxiety, clinical case i'd say). It's a long story actually.

There's no way around it. It's just going outside and doing it a lot, understanding you'll suck a lot until you can no longer care. It's practice.

And as long as you can hold a conversation with a woman without shitting your pants, and being able to make moves, that's enough. It also takes practice, ofc.

I just quit one day, was sick of complaining all day and doing nothing. Like, you need to at least try, if you didn't give you all you can't say it's over. Then I started to work a bit on my looks, looked for medical help for my crippling anxiety issue, hopped on every single dating app possible, started to cold approach.

I'm ngl, it was brutal and I paid a price for some of my choices. But in the end we always have to sacrifice a few things if we want to improve. Looking back, its kinda of a miracle that I'm here where I am. I was such a trainwreck.

As for younger girls, most girls reject anyways, it's not your fault exactly. I have been rejected by younger girls, but I also been on dates with some jbs. I'm yet to actually bang one but yeah let's see.

One of the reasons I'm back here is just because I had this realization that the quality of girls I can get is really related to my overall SMV, and that is, partially related to my height. It was something I was not aware of before so.
