I think anyone below 110iq should be not allowed to reproduce, we need to bring back eugenics and killing inferior babies, intelligence is the inly human trait that has made humanity what it is today, look at the correlation between iq and human development, if we want humanitu to ascend we need to prevent low iq people from having children, this can also be apllied to short and ugly individuals
