Only the title counts as the actual thread. The part in the second box is actually just a post posted at the same time as the "thread" aka the title

This counts as 1 post on the "posts" bit on your profile
But counts as 2 when deciding when to add a new page
When 50 comments are made, a new page of comments are made, but the first page of comments only fits 49 comments instead of 50, because of the thread counting as a post

I only respond with "who cares" to help the OP
for example, if someones venting, and I respond with that, it's to let them know that nobody on this forum actually cares and he will never get his problems fixed or even numbed by posting here, all the sympathetic responses are fake and the people here are borderline psychopathic - AKA - DO NOT CARE

They should put their time into actually trying to fix their problems, which I hope they do

But, theres no problem here, I'm just sharing something interesting
