I'm 16, turning 17 in 2 months. I started training on my 14th birthday so this birthday will also be my 3rd year of consistent training. My stats are pretty good. I bench 205lbs, squat 230 and deadlift 260 at a bodyweight of 150lbs. My working weight on benchpress and whatnot is always more than I weigh, and it's the only time people actually pay attention to me and look at me. Some kid comes in and starts swinging weight that is considered big by many.
And yeah I know, everyone here benches atleast 315.
I don't record working sets but today's session was good.
I've been thinking of posting shit on tiktok and whatnot, many weaker people post so why not me.
