no retard it's the websites they are on that push people to interact with lowest common denominator "safe" content if we are being 100% real here on any given site the most extreme content that is car-accident-esque that is horrible but cannot look away from like the car-accident-effect is the best on the site I went to it pretends to show you vids based on your preference but in reality the first 6 videos are based on preference and an entire page of like 20 others past that are all static likely picked by the soyboys to be the most advertiser friendly vanilla soft shit all the same trash POV onlyfans tier content it's a crime they layer the two together to get you to try to view what they want you to, youtube is the same all the high engagement filth has been culled or secretly shadowbanned so you will never see it, now when you even search you get like 8 vids based on search then it hijacks the rest of the page with "recommendations" that are all the normie tier approved shit like markiplier, you have to sort into something like upload date or viewcount then resort to relevance to get rid of it that is literally the only way, they force you to get impressions of what they want, you think markipliers games and fucking dead ass 110M subs pewdiepie that gets 2-3mil per video are the most popular? literally car accidents which make up like 2% of all the top tier engagement but totally unfriendly to advertisers content would outshine them given half the forced exposure, vid sites are 1000% cucked
