Trt year round as a base then whatever you choose to cycle with is fine if you learn how to manage sides

Except guys get buff all the time without roids. Just because some habitual weed smoker soylent drinking vegan himdu’s T levels are 1 ng/dc, doesn’t mean the steak munching Marlborough red enjoyers will be. It’s a lot more about lifestyle than some weird chemicals in the air magically lowering T.
Eat a 1960s American diet, have 1960s American test levels. It’s that simple. Muh plastics barely touch it.

And yes, i’m aware of the different types of hypertrophy, but I think the difference is irrelevant. This is a looksmaxxing forum, and adding 30lbs of muscle to a normie, whether it’s mostly myofibular or sarcoplasmic hypertrophy will improve the normies looks greatly, and thus his chances with women

Yes you will if you do TRT, low dosing will lead to dependency just as much as high dosing. Your test levels NEVER return to your current natural levels, and sometimes can shut down completely if you do post cycle treatment wrong or not at all.


TRT is for old men or soibois with hormone issues. They give you like 100mg a week. Roidtrannies are on 500mg test and usually a few hundred mg of something else like trenbolone, anavar, dianabol, etc. Each one does a slightly different thing. Massive bodybuilders are just experimenting on themselves to see how much roids they can take before dying. They're taking a gram or sometimes more of test, along with a mixture of the other shit. That's your Sam Sulek, Ronnie Coleman, Jay Cutler, Arnold, etc. It's a wonder they survived more than a couple years, many of them aren't so lucky. Basically plan on dying in your late 30s, maybe early 40s, or at the very least having serious health complications.

If you gymcel you should have a constant low dose test base always regardless. If you go to a clinic and get tested and actually get prescribed test that’s probably even better but there is no reason not to test max in 2025 as long as you’re past puberty. Better QOL overall. “Muh dead at 30” is cope unless you abuse roids and don’t get your blood tested. If you’re not on trt or at the very least doing everything you can to max out your test naturally you’re not looksmaxxing

It doesn’t go away, it deflates. Your contractile tissue remains, it just uses carbs to absorb water, which makes it look bigger and work more efficiently. Like you can dehydrate yourself and same thing would happen.
