Only visible results from mewing?

Ive been hard mewing for 4~5months, and thumb pullings.
Ive been doing those quite extremely and especially when i do thumb pulling im often scared of what if i crash my skull accidently.
As a result my nose got slimmer (i had quite fat nose before) and the nose ridge between the eyes got more prominent. And i feel like my eyelids got more hooded? (Not sure about this)
But didnt get any jaw changes or side profile ascending.
