if your like hltn+ you have to make connections or nichemaxx. Making a connection with a girl, or just anyone will make them remember you, and they wouldn't forget. And after making that connection you'd need to continue talking to her.
Making connections with people is easy, just say ask them about themselves (most people like talking about themselves) if your friendly enough too it helps, and then make a connection, like say if they're german you can say oh wow I went to germany when I was 7, and I love x german food it tastes really good. Something like that.
