I just binged and ate 4 cheese hot dogs and a large bag of tortilla chips with a whole jar of cheese salsa. This whole eating at a slight deficit doesn't work, because you're not satisfied and just want more every day. At that pace it can take months just to see a few kilo on the scale. Then one day of binging can wipe out a week of progress. I think the only way to do this is to starve yourself and lose it all in a month, then maintain. You should switch to just one liter of milk per day and no food, so 450 calories. Take a multivitamin. You can eat again when you're lean.

not true man depression made me spent 2 days without eating lots of times and in fact it made me skinny fat

i cant get fat even if I eat alot, maybe its because I do cardio daily

starving will only make you look skinny in the body, ugly in the face and look depressed...
eating good and doing explosive sports is what will lean you very quick...

500kcal deficit and walk your ass off 6 days a week and then pig out one meal that's protein heavy on Sunday. You will probably still be in deficit.

"pig out" I can easily eat a large meat lover pizza with ranch dressing in one sitting and I could eat more after. That's about 3500 calories, then the progress of a whole week is wiped out.

No, if you eat around 1000 calories 6 days, and then on day 7 you binge 3000 calories you still are lighter then starting weight.

I don't eat anything and I gain weight. Currently rotting at 70kg
 
I could easily smash down 10k kcal a day when I was at my leanest
 
I’m all or nothing like yourself and I find it much easier to just waterfast for days, but the problem is the amount of muscle you lose.

If you have 0 muscle then starvemaxxing is good.

eating at a slight deficit takes forever to take effect, I starved myself for awhile and lost 10 lbs pretty quickly
 
just eat meat, eggs, veggies and drink coffee.
And if you're unemployed just walk a lot, like 20-30k steps.

it can also work if you doing long walks. i walked today for 5 hours. love to walk in the sun. makes me feel good
