The most certain way humanity can prove the non-existence of (religious) gods is by comitting omnicide. We need a nuclear war that results in the death of all humans. Since no religious text asserts that the end of human life (armageddon/rapture) will be done by human hands but by some divine intervention (god), this will prove none of them are real.

I also thought that you would need one person to witness this, then it'd be clear. Although even with no consciousness to experience the event, objectively reality still exists and it still happened. Even with no soul to witness it, I'd be satisfied that the tyrannical lords that are depicted in religions don't really exist.
