"Rise and fall of civilizations" is a bullshit meme and pseudo-history. There are no instances I'm aware of in which non-white civilizations have ever collapsed on their own similar to how Rome did. Whenever they fall it's only because a foreign invader destroyed them or because some natural catastrophe fucked them. Only civilizations ruled by whites experience 'heights and lows' before dying from degeneracy.

I remember someone saying the Chinese civilization has lasted 5000 years.

such a meaningless statement. Rome fell after foreign invasion and continued for a thousand years in constantinople. Plenty of other civilizations have also fell because of internal weakening allowing for foreign invasion.

The whole idea comes from Gibbon's school which frames every other civilization in the same way

Individualism and psychopathy are advantageous for innovation and expansion. The problem is that white society has to be regulated by a patriarchy (USA before women could vote) and preferably also an autocracy (most European countries pre-WW2) because otherwise, white individualism turns into a burden where people become too selfish. This is what happened when women got the vote and democracy became the norm. White people became degenerate and selfish.
