It's the brown races that have 0 concept of time. They frolic in the oasis eating mangos and live in the present moment.

Notice how other than India (where the religion of Hinduism developed amongst white aryan settlers), no brown races have a religion where the main focus is to live in the present moment as a form of devoted meditation?

Chinks spend their whole life on a mountain learning how to live in the present moment not worrying about the past or future. Ethnics do it since birth.

There are certain african tribes that do due to their harsh environment. I can't remember their names off hand but their culture orbits around the concept of the future.

Most africans do not though. West Africans, East Africans do not have any concept of time and space

The peoples with the most concept of time and space are Germans, British, Japanese and Northern French because of the constant changing environment. The German race is the most concerned with time and space to the point where it was everything to them during the third reich.
