Because of your south asian look you will be unable to get to a 9. Overall though you will definitely be able to improve your looks quite a bit with surgeries. Like other users have said, implants would be good, as your face is a bit flat. Rhinoplasty would also help, and getting a more v shaped jaw would help, as your jaw now is wide but very square. That morph that @tiger88 did was very good.

You are healthy and you look younger than 30 for sure and skin is in fantastic condition so you are in a good place to start looksmaxing. I would start soon because after 30 most people begin to age very quickly and on top of that surgery gets more dangerous and less effective as you get older

Read up a lot before you get anything done, you dont want to get any surgery before you know for sure that its what you want. You can always ask questions on this forum. There are a lot of shitposters here but also a lot of people who know what they are talking about. Good luck.

This should be enough for the moment. Dont fantasize about to many surgeries. Get these 3 points done quick.
Jaw surgery is useless for you anyway. You will ascend by lowering bf%, filler for sharpness and angles and getting a more modern fuckboy haircut (shaved sides). And get your philtrum fixed!!

You look fine for being indian, the thing is even looking fine as an indian is still bad.
Regarding the eyes, sadly other than contacts you really can't do anything, yes there are surgeries and lasers which BRIGHTEN the eyes not actually changing the colour, so a person with hazel/dark green eyes can go lighter and obtain a new color but since your eyes are so dark it's most probably to don't get a good result without tens of laser sessions which costs tens of thousands and might not be worth it since your eyes will get more and more sensitive to the light, don't listen people who say Stroma can do it, no one knows when it will be available and their proves are shady and mostly on people who already had a lighter shade.

One option is also in Barcelona called Eyecos, I talked with the doctor there and mostly confirmed that for really dark eyes the results aren't as good and it fades with time.

So just invest in a good pair of contacts or just stick with your eyes.

Regarding surgeries, just do a rhinoplasty to slim your nose, and also lips reduction because they are kinda too big and look ethnic, also look into whitening your skin and lips.

Your jaw looks bulky and to be honest while it's a good jaw it just gives you a "dumb" appearance, try to look into Jaw-reduction getting a more V-shaped jaw.

Also your haircut, long hair looks great but usually are white MMs who get it right, on you it looks slightly ethnic so probably the best choice would be an undercut/fade with sides close to 0, basic and shitty but yeah it's what it works for Indians best imo.

Get fillers in your upper eyelid and also undereyes to improve your eye area, also start practicing squinting all the time it will start to feel natural, use Retin A undereye in case you worry about wrinkles tho I doubt you will get them.

You look great for 30 so you have a good start point it's just that you are starting kinda late so better focus on doing everything as soon as possible.

You have jaw assymetry from sleeping on one side. Common among ppl but still a flaw.

You have eye assymetry in which an entire eye socket is like 3-4 mm above th other. Unfixable

Your nose is too thick so doubt rhino can make it as slim as the morph without collapsing it

Your chin is round & u can only make it rectangular like that with filler or top tier implants.
