I'm 5'11 something and no im not bisaya im from some city in manila. I'm only 16 havent finished puberty and not lean i'll find a good hairstyle,get lean and will consider surgery if im still not satisfied.

Your cheekbones is not your issue. Your issue is your horrible ratios (mid-face of death), lack of jaw, eye area and negroid lips that are too big for your small skull.

Wait and see what puberty does to you and then consider implants. Hit the ghetto gym hard, hustle to get as much protein into your body as possible and try to defy the odds.

My jaw is pretty defined when lean ive been lifting for a year but i never cutted weight i'll try chewing gum and thumbpulling and pray for the puberty miracle 😂

It's not about definition, it's about bonemass. Measure your facial thirds and you will see. Your mid-face takes up an extremely large part of your face compared to your lower third.
