so this is me in 2017, pretty fucking fat, 5'11 135 kg, avid poster on r/braincels


now heres me in 2022, pic taken last week on 6 April, 6' and 73 kg, feeling lean, confident and masculine now I even have a trad tranny gf



And it didnt even take that much effort tbh, just SS + GOMAD and listening to neo nazi black metal and radiohead

One of the greatest weight loss before/afters ever if true. Almost all morbidly obese that lose weight plateau at about 18-20% BF.
And the few that do get down to 10% BF body, Perez Hilton, lose their residual muscle and revert to the norm and become a skinny fat 15% BF within a year.
Post some intervening pics or you are just larping.
