since september i grew 2cm, but what has been surprising i grew 1cm of these 2 in last 2 months or a bit less more like a month and a half(mesured the 21st of december).
im still a midget at 5'7 (170cm) now but i hope i can grow more.
any advice?
my brother is 6'0, dad is 5'8.
should i try hgh, but its expesive as fuck.
id like to be 5'9, also, i know i can gain circa 2cm by weight loss(im a fat fuck) and posture(i ahve flared ribs, fucked pelvis and so on).
