Growth Plates (5'8)

I tuned 14 2 months ago, and my test is 430 ng/dl (I got the test on my birthday so) and I broke my forearm in August. I had a x-ray (Just on my hand/forearm that fractured) a few days ago and my doctor said the growth plates in my hand are shutting. He said my long plates could close in anywhere from 1 year from now to 2 years. Im just wondering could he be wrong? Maybe because its an x-ray on my fractured side or maybe because sometimes doctors can be wrong and I've seen stories where peoples doctors have said their plates have closed and they still grew inches further. So I'm not trying to cope, I asked him about HGH and he said I shouldve started 2 years ago and that its gonna have little if any effect. Should I just say fuck it and start blasting? If yes then how much Iu's. And from where.
