I am going from 18% to 14% bodyfat by the end of next week. By next Friday I will get down to 159 lbs, down from 164 lbs today. I will go from HTN to Chadlite

But going from 18% to 14% bodyfat will make a big difference. I have a very nice jaw bone/structure , so the drop in fat will show it off a lot more. It goes from an oval to Dimond shaped face.

Well the issue is that I was like 10% bodyfat back in 9th and 10th grade. I wanted to get bigger/stronger so I bulked up by eating a lot of food and went from 133 lbs to about 163 lbs. Should have never bulked or stopped bulking at around 155 lbs. Then I would be about 13.5% bodyfat today and that would have been my set weight.
