I have never had hormonal acne and i have been on tren E for 2 weeks and the only thing that has gotten worse was inflamation. My main concern was about Liver health. I do need accutane for my nose cause i have alot of black heads from just overproduction of oil

Depends on how your skin reacts so if you are prone to acne etc. If you get it legally the dermatologist will handle this for you but if not go for a lower dose at first and adjust if needed

Tomorrow imma try to get it from my derma, i do not think ill get it tho cause i have very little pimples i just have very stuburn blackheads and some small forehead acne. Other wise ill just adjust dosages while on it and look what works

Just dont do more than like 20mg and get liver supps and you'll prob be good
Be aware that tren also has skin aging effects so acne would not be the only reason to take accutane
But if you really are only concerned about liver health you could put it down
And get your bloodwork done to check indicators for liver health
And don't forget RU for fair aswell as skin

Should i even do accutane? im 16 and i know it close growth plates prematurely but i do want something form my skin. Should i use tret till im like 18?
