It's a superfood. One a day is enough though, because you want a wide range of vegetables, and some meats for optimum health. You never want too much of any one thing. Eggs are also one of those super foods that at least 1 a day is really good.

Avocado's have a glycemic index of 15 which is very low, and exactly what you want. Other fruits have higher glycemic index and thus do more irreversible aging damage to your body.

I buy them and they always end up bad, they go from too hard to rotten within a few hours window, which i always miss.
Did wacamole once, and some were too hard others too soft, it's a fruit for mentally ill people with a lot of time in their hands, vegan's favourite.
