Great points thanksThere's no credible evidence to say it bloats you, but even if it did... Who cares? Creatine is the fucking Jesus Christ of supplements, basically because it increases energy production in your cell and that has a whole cascade of health benefits. I think there's not a single thing creatine is bad at improving in your body. Exercise performance? Yes. Gut health? Yes. Heart disease? Yes. Brain performance? Yes. Overall longevity? Yes.
You have to weigh the benefits and the risks... Risks? Creatine may bloat you, keyword "may", that's highly anecdotal. But on the other side it will literally improve everything in your fucking body. Which is more valuable according to you?
