Fillers can accentuate your features and provide the illusion of bone mass moderately well, but they alone won't make you fully ascend, they moreso fraud your base to look notably better than it is. If you have mild recessions, fillers are a lower cost/risk alternative to fixing it. If your recessions are moderate or significant, consider surgery
