irdgaf but the power of bone remodeling, joint loading, and spinal optimization if done right is amazing (before puberty ofc, but honestly even after)

I'm referring to actual physiological mechanisms that respond to mechanical stress. It's not some bro-science bullshit.

The skeletal system isn't static. In fact, it's constantly breaking down and rebuilding. Apply the right forces at the right time, especially during developmental years, and you can literally reshape the structural integrity of a human body. That's not an opinion, it's fucking biology.

I never claimed it was about length specifically. Pay attention to what I actually said instead of what you think I said.

Someone with collapsed posture from weak musculature and poor loading patterns will never express their full structural potential.

Fair enough. I didn't elaborate on spinal optimization because I assumed anyone discussing biomechanics would have the baseline knowledge. My mistake.

Bro i see that you are quite intelligent by the way you write which is amazing, what i wanted to ask you is could you give me some habits or things i can do daily to maximise height growth. Im 17 and lets say my plates are still open. Maybe some supplements or best ways to put force on my bone to increase in height… However thanks alot!

If reduced gravity causes astronauts to loose bone mass in space, could not a hyper gravity chamber cause increased gravity, and reverse bone loss in old people. Osteoporosis comes to mind as a potential application for this.
