I have started wearing “Nike Pegasus 34”
The black and gold ones and they give a boost in height and people can barely tell
Plus it’s the fashion
It gives me 2-2.5cm of height gain plus the benefit of walking and running in it
You won’t get tired with them
I m 180cm
With them I nearly reach 183cm
