From what I've seen they are really professional and the infinite amounts of results are also promising.

Alfaro is a hit or miss. He has some pretty good results. And some horrific botches.

He is known to rush his surgeries, doing multiple jaw surgeries per day… I would avoid.

I dont really get what you mean, i mean i think infras has its place. But often not necessary, depends on what you want to improve

I mean i think its good for getting a ogee curve, rhe infra region is severally limited since you need to design it around the hole with the nerve. Also if that is missplaced you can like fillers also can make the lymphatic drainage worse ik the area which can cause more fluid like appearence
