Earlier today, @Racky brought to my attention that a YouTuber by the name of Jacked and Stacked made a video inspired by my phenotype guide.

Here is the video:

Things I liked
  • He pointed out that phenotype > race and pointed out my great example or Mulatto > Ginger.
  • He emphasized that it's important and overlooked.
Criticisms
  • He did a horrible job displaying and explaining what a mulatto was (mullatos are people who are half white and half black), the "mullatos" he displayed seemed much more black. Light skins would be a better term for the mulattos he showed.
  • He seemed to not have a good enough understanding of what a mestizo was (half white, half native american)
  • He didn't show any emphasis as far as I know to show an emphasis that there are ideal phenotypes for each ethnicity, seemed to be an explainer video, which is fine if that is what it was intended to do.

kinda just repeating the last point here.
I think he was lazy when he was done covering Afro and Latino phenos.
You can tell he has a personal connection to the first two phenos he covered which is why they are "more interesting" to him and he spent much time on them; he claims that Euro phenos are "boring" when it’s really just a lack of connection and knowledge from his part. The fact that he was not able to use the term "Mediterranean", and that he used the exact images from your thread for Euros when for the Afro and Lat he used his own + talked about personal experience, shows that. Then others were not even worth mentioning even briefly to him.

I would have tolerated this more if the video was presented as "phenotypes and looksmaxxing : MY EXPERIENCE", which would warrant him hyper focus on New World Afro and Lat phenos, and then he could even completely ignore the others altogether because that’s a video using HIS experience to explain the importance of phenos. But the video comes off a bit more as a guide, a general introduction to a "fundamental", than "lessons from my personal experience"

Ver strong emphasis on those and yeah, seemed like a rushed video as well.
He could make an "updated video" next time.
