Opinion on Nose fillers?

is it a quick fix i have a slight hump doesnt show from side or front just 3/4 profile

Would it be a good quick fix for my nose to wait till rhino or i dont need it? I feel like i need a lip filler too

Pretty mixxed, some people say its bc of migration, no one wants a pillow face.
Other people say its a cheaper versions imoplants

I just dont like putting plastic in my face, metals are fine though

when i was a little kid one time my friend made fun of my nose and one of my friend said its not big its good but i got told i had a big nose as a kid a few times but it made me rlly insecure
