No benefit as far as I’m aware. Some of my family work doing like food hygiene and safety and when I spoke to them about it they said your just exposing yourself to bacteria and risk of illness for no gain. I think it’s probably only got popular because of 14yr olds getting scammed online buying courses n shi

It's a faggot cope for subhumans led by a subhuman.

There is nothing positive to it. You’re eating literal parasite ridden meat for no benefit. Complete autism to believe in it.
What about the nuuutrients:feelswah:

Excluding plant-based foods leads to insane gaps in your nutrition profile. James Blunt got clinically diagnosed with scurvy and he needed orange juice to restore his health. So much for muh primal, eh? Beyond these acute foodbourne illnesses and deficiencies in nutrients, you're risking all sorts of ugly shit. There was this elderly man who ate a singular raw oyster at a restaurant and died a couple days later. He had a type of septicemia which has a fatality rate of literally 50%. Only a few months ago YouTuber Billy LeBlanc's girlfriend died from raw oysters too. What about the infamous Jack in the Box outbreak from undercooked not even raw burgers? I could go on. These are the famous examples too.

We, as humans, evolved to cook. We are biologically adapted to it. There's been controlled experiments and genomic analyses that clearly show that cooking increases bioavailability and drove genetic change. Regular fires for cooking began around 300000 years ago. Yes, three-hundred-thousand. By far long enough for our physiology to depend on cooked, pathogen-reduced foods.

Your ancestors mastered fire for a reason.

Just CTRL + F and search "raw" here...

Was the tapeworm enjoying the raw-beef enthusiasm?

Every one of these "muh primal raw meat" induced deaths could've been prevented by just cooking the fucking food...
