ive been going to the gym for a while now and was wondering if taking whey protein and creatine is worth it cuz i heard it causes bloat and breakouts but idk

Protein powder tastes amazing and also gets you extra protein if your diet lacks it. Creating isn't gonna have a ton of effect if you already eat a lot of red meat

Creatine is good, whey protein is not necessary. Eat normal foods for protein, micros don't matter if they arent digested well, and whey protein isn't digested the best compared to protein-packed food.

It's digested faster, not better, plus meats have more essentials than whey protein. Whey protein works, just not as well as meat. It's not necessary
