80 mcgs a day is way too much bruh. Also magnesium citrate/oxide has ass bioavailability might as well take laxatives atp. Omega-3's do more harm than good most of the time unless its high quality, 1000mg of calcium is again - too much.
I reccomend taking 25mcg of d3 a day (also depending on the season and where u live). max 800mg of calcium a day and split it into 2 bc body only takes up 400mg in a row. As for the magnesium - malate in the morning, bisglycinate/taurate/l-threonate before bed is best. k1 is also useless btw you need k2 and preferably menaquinon-7. If you need anything more js ask

im just on the deficent end on vitamin d, and live in norway so suns not out alot this time of the year, magnesium citrate is fair, but i understand how oxide fucks my stomach up, omega-3s is from a quality brand epa 330 mg, dha 220 mg, rest omega-3s, calcium i can cut down on/split up. Magnesium i can change up, vitamin k1 i know is ass plant based shit but i will find mk7 vitamin k2; how much k2 would be favorable?

If ur not highly definicient in any of those it will do jackshit for you

there isnt an upper limit of k2 so pretty much anything >100% rdi is sufficient i guess, i take 200% rdi myself. Also if you live in norway 50mcg d3 might be better if you dont take any other supplement with d3. But im serious about the magnesium, even citrate isnt really that good if you want genuine results malate in the morning and bisglycinate in the evening will do wonders. Also what brand do u have for omega 3? Nordic naturals?

im pretty deficent in vitamin d, and on the low side on everything. Also eating is not my best skill
In that case a multivitamin prob wont hurt, it fills up your nutritional gaps. Just make sure you get a high quality one tho with well absorbed forms. Personally i take premium multi man from Holland & barret.

the omega-3s are called "metode" which is a brand made from a norwegian pharmacy, ill look into magnesium malate and bisglycinate

Are they gel caps? If so cut one open and smell it. If it stinks like rotten fish or js smells horrible in general throw it away, omega 3 fish oil should either be odorless or have a light fishy smell but nothing unpleasant.

bruh i completely forgot to mention that, i take 65 mg ferrous sulfate to prevent iron defiency and 1 gram vitamin c dissolve tablets too. i take ferrous sulfate and vitamin c for best absorption on empty stomach in the morning. vitamin d, k1 and omega 3 after main meal and magnesium before i sleep

good timings bro, timing and complimentary/competing interactions genuinely equates to 50% of the efficacy of supplements

True vitamin A poisoning comes from synthetic supplements, not real food. the body is not going to let anything into the system that could harm it which is why there has never been a real case of “vitamin poisoning” from natural foods.

Yes even the studies showing that vitamin toxicity exists claim that "Natural foods have not been associated with any toxicity"

looked it up, to get decent rdi's of all minerals and vitamins not just vit a and copper you needa eat about 100g of liver a day which has shown to lead to vitamin a toxicity in some case studies. Also the guy in the video talks about toxic stuff in supplements, but most supplements literally have COA's which show how much active ingredients are present compared to the label and levels of heavy metals and contaminants. Also he makes a lot of logical mistakes imo, for example "how can you have too much of something good?", thats just stupid i mean if you eat a whole polar bear liver you will just die on the spot no matter how good vitamin a is for you
