There are refugee homes here and the black people act very civilized, much better than for example some people from arab countries, but even they are a minority, most refugees are very well behaved, i worked there for multiple months and my brother is a security guard there since multiple years

Yeah, you're right. It's more the once in first world countries. It's especially bad in the us when I went there every two minutes, you hear another loud obnoxious black lady screaming it's also really bad in the uk but the main problem here is the Indian and Muslim occupation
