Opinions on brackets?

As a guy that had crucked teeth his entire life (because i had an extra teeth as a kid) i always wanted brackets, but recently I saw lots of videos claiming that brackets will make your face look thiner, or less appeal. What are your opinions on the topic guys?, Im 17 y/o, but i planned to try them at 18 y/o.

I think that i need to get 1 or 2 molars out of my mouth because of deep cavities. beside that, i asked my dentist for MARPE, and she said that I didn't need it, but i really can see that half of my palate is way more smaller that the other, so Im considering change to other dentist for a MARPE, and then braces

don't remove SHIT unless ABSOLUTELY MEDICALLY NECESSARY and you are dying or smh
unless you want to have a recessed face, of course
yes, change orthos, seek expansion, seek an airway ortho if possible

I really need to remove one, because a cavity eat the nerve of some shit like that, and it will pretty much fall over the years, so is just making the process faster. The thing is that i need money to get a different dentist, but yeah, I will try to get a MARPE or something to open my palate by any meanings. If I don't get the money for a different dentist, do u recommend getting bracets anyways, or waiting a couple years to get a MARPE + braces?

Okey, then I will wait till Im 18+ to remove the molar and get an implant some days later, thanks for the advise bro!
