Been pondering on getting buccal fat removal for a while, and I wanted to see if anyone here has had it done, and whether it's something they recommend + which clinic did they have it done with.
I've seen a lot of people get the procedure while they store a high bodyfat percentage, so I theorized that it's cope and that simply lowering my bodyfat to around 12% will get me to exactly where I want, but this did not happen
Lmk if you've had buccal fat removal or if you recommend a different procedure for facial sharpness or if you think removing facial fat is a retarded move

It's a very good procedure if you already have strong bone structure and low body fat. Keep in mind that even models don't have hollow cheeks all the time, so it's not something to obsess over.

I feel you, I had DJS a few weeks ago and it's genuinely hard to look in the mirror with the swelling. I'd really appreciate a review of the procedure when your swelling subsides

i would say 67

for sure, i might make a post on it showing the before and after probably, i took a few vids of my face before, and immediately after as well as when i swelled up lol i had to use face mask when going out for a few days bcs it was insane, but now im back to normal just bedrotting playing deadlock and studying till the results come out because gym and cardio apparently also increases swelling/delays results, Im almost at the stage where i can go back to the gym though i'll take it easy and postpone it a bit longer

Got it done, results were amazing, lower face is a lot slimmer now. Buccal fat pads are very genetic driven so size/resistance to fat loss vary a lot. Well they are all extremely resistant to fat loss, but most will give it up around or below 12% BF, some won't.

For men imo its almost always good. For foids though its way more of a YMMV type thing.

Did the results set in? Can you do like an before/ after

i would say no, if you look at photos of people who have had buccal fat removal they age a lot quicker, it looks so unnatural and the wrinkles set in way quicker, just keep the fat and stay youthful

I mean its true you probably age sooner without the fat support but realistically if you hardmaxx BFR why wouldnt you just hardmaxx later in life too with fat grafts, face lifts etc, best to look your peak young and fix stuff as they come

But I will say ur right ab it looking unnatural on some people, its not for everyone, it only uncovers the bone structure u already have so if u dont have at least decent bones its straight up a looksmin or looks uncanny, that's the reason BFR is so notorious for looking bad on celebrity women because women have naturally weaker bone structure from lack of test so it's harder for them to be good candidates
