I'm 15 and honestly, if I a better jaw and maxilla I'd probably be chadlite territory at least. I'm just wondering about the effectiveness of chewing and mewing. I have low set masseters and low body fat.

Dont chew, you will get bloated your face, if you have good cheekbones, chewing is a lookskiller. Trust me, I ruined my face by chewing

even if it's just chewing normal food really thoroughly? I never plan on buying gum or anything of the sort.

Yes do this.

Chewing stimulates facial development and will keep your teeth straight.

It's the right time for you to mew too.

Yes. Chewing is good for jaw muscles, jaw bone and brow ridge. My left side has a bigger masseter and everything about it (brow ridge, eye area, cheekbone and jaw bone) is better.

I do agree on that. I used to chew on right side only when I was younger and my right side mogs the left. Also I was curious, how much does being 6'4 increase SMV? I'm 15 and 6'2, 5/10. Will probably be 6'4 at least.

You're probably not 6'2 because people lie about their height all the time but let's say you are a 6'2 guy, 5/10 at 15.

With those current stats, you should just leave this site. Take care of your skin with sunscreen, moisturizer and Tret, stay fit etc. You have an average face with a great height. You should do well.

lifefuel ngl. I really only came here to learn about looksmaxxing and leave. Not sure if I'm 6'2 but last year I was a bit shorter than my 190cm uncle, so I should be at least as tall as him now. One last question before I probably leave for good, does puberty actually increase looks? Or is that youngcel cope?

Puberty is when testosterone and other hormonal stuff happens so pre sure it affects the size and shape of your jaw, and your chin for example so I'd say it does yeah

good luck(y)

Less than a decade older than you, been non consistently mewing for a month or so, and I've got my cheekbones pushed outwards + became more prominent.

Still got tired eyes and recessed chin, but my lower front teeth are now touching slightly the front upper ones.

Absolutely yes to hard mewing, do extreme chin tucks and exhale before pushing too hard the tongue when NOT lying in bed, ie sitting or walking; otherwise you'll feel dizzy.

It's yet unclear if zygos are more prominent due to maxillary expansion or are growing in size a bit because of the indirect pressure from the tongue, and then the maxilla (Wolff's law). Probably both.

I also noticed those bone edges (yellow arrows) became a bit sharper.

the part about exhaling before engaging the tongue is facts, lets me know this guy is talking from real experience. Would you say your breathing clears up a lot when you mew?

Yes, when lying in bed and focusing on hard palate. Otherwise when standing, etc I breathe normally so I don't see any improvement.
