Yeah, i’ve actually cut my medial canthus twice.

It’s worth it but it’s really your decision.

medial canthus has anatomical structures like-
i) lacrimal drainage system (canaliculi that drains tears into nose)
ii) skin attachments for eyelids (obviously)
iii) blood vessels.

damage to lacrimal drainage system can cause epiphora (chronic tearing)
risk of eyelid malposition (ectropion/entropion)

...AND ALL OF THIS FOR A POTENTIALLY RETARDED LOOKING RESULT. JFL.
