Seen someone say it’s terrible to remove volume from the mandible but the results are pretty good as far as I can tell (quite common in South Korea as far as I know) he also had a facelift but solely looking at the difference in lower third.

Really depends by person. But yeah this can defo be more useful than some other shit that people recommend in certain situations

amazing results, it looks like he got malarplasty and alarplasty as well as masseter resection surgery. imo when the skull is short and the cheekbones wide with it's peak width posteriorly near the nose and ears, it might get confused for cheek fat, and give a round/pear face shape instead of a lifted diamond / flat / inverted pyramid contour which are far more aesthetic for males and less of a failo @Klasik616
