opinions on softmaxxing stack?

i’ve only recently got into using pharma and i plan on starting with these drugs;

Isotret 20mg ed
hctz 12.5mg ed
eplerenone 25mg ed
cialis 5mg ed

i already have isotret but will order the rest soon and probably add more to this stack over time. suggestions to if there’s anything i should remove or add?
