Ive done minor research, I plan on doing plenty more. However I want to know if taking hgh at 16 will help me grow taller? Im currently 5'8, wishing to atleast get to 5'10 through health/softmaxxes, Ive read that it can also increase bonemass. Are any of these claims legitimate?

no, it wont make your bones bigger. however it can make them denser and stronger but not larger in size but instead in volume

because you arent GH deficient. if you were then you'd grow but only to the height your genetics allow you to. hgh wont override genetic limit.
