I am 18 and interested in maximising my life. Recently I have grown interest in test following all the bs nocturnal kent spits, I was wondering if anyone had any tips, experience, warnings or just general advice regarding test. I would prob only take 250 test as I am only 18 but any advice would be nice. I am also aware it is a very high matinence procedure so any knowledge on that is also good.

yea that's the point, you can do everything with people that believe you when you have "authority", and if you explain it with science, almost everyone will believe it

I'm happy with my full hair, not using shampoo, not using testosterone and only washing with tar soap, in my 20s
