just received my tren i am wondering how i should do it , i currently wanna bulk ik its mostly cut compound but in a bulk atm
do i do 50mg tren 3 months , 2 months 50mg cut? any opinions would help
( also on other compounds )

-12 iu hgh

ngl havent tried tren. but ive heard tren e was a good choice. How long you been pinning 250mg? Im currently on that as well and i plan on running anavar soon then tren during the summer.

i dropped from 500mg test 2 weeks ago, i am new into this cycle so not long
500mg test 1 month - dropped to 250 mg 2 weeks ago
- 12iu hgh around 2-3 weeks
tren - 1 day

i did anavar it was alright for 4 weeks i quit it tho didnt have any sides tbf i ran it without liver support cuz i forgot to get lmao

i think its needed since its liver toxic ( get Tudca + Nac for liver support )
i felt amazing on 500mg , still do on 250mg test , i got no sides only bad thing was my sleep was worse i took melatonin and i sleep fine + hgh helped my sleep also , and yea i fully recommend an ai while on test ,

I havent needed an ai for 250mg. I can see an ai needed for 500 mg tho. Would you really need to take an AI for the whole duration of when you're on it? Or just for a couple weeks?

i would take whole time on it , i mean it depends for everybody since some ppl aromatise more then others just get ur blood done and see how ur e2 is doing

wtfff bro that sounds mega gay having to crush ur estrogen for lets say 12 weeks blasting 500mg. But Yeah if u gotta do it. But i highly doubt you need an ai on this 250mg cruise bro.

yea mine is around there and i dont have shit mood from low e2 , i feel fine as i said we all respond diffrently get ur bloodwork done and see how it is bra

but how often do you check your bloodwork? After 4 weeks of blasting 500mg? just curious how you do it. Eventually i will up my dose and will have to check bloodwork
