Big difference between Adderall / lisdexamfetamine and Desoxyn / methamphetamine. Meth is at least 3x more dopaminergic than Lisdex and crosses the blood/brain barrier much faster.

I'm in the UK too. Adderall is not easy to come across but Elvanse / Vyvanse is not too difficult to come across. Not sure what I can and can't say on public forum, drop me a dm if you want me to point you in the right direction.
