You’re gonna fuck up yourself man, the chances of you injecting fillers by yourself successfully are extremely low, it’s not worth it.

They can migrate, disrupt tear ducts, cause infections, loss of bone density, double vision, etc. Most people get them removed entirely after having them for a while. Of course titanium vs PEEK matters but it can still cause tons of trouble
