Opposite of Orbital Decompression?

I have deep-set eyes that look horrible because I’m Asian. Deep-set eyes look good on Caucasians because their eyes don’t have lots of fat around them. Deep-set Asian eyes make them look even more Asian.

I unironically want my eyes to be set more forwards in my eye sockets.

Is there a surgery for this?

why? if they can perform orbital decompression, which involves surgically going all the way to the back of the orbital cavity and removing bone, why can’t they add an implant at the back instead?

Well the eyes themself are already delicate I can’t image anyone that can undeepset your eyes
Your probably better off fixing whatever makes your deep set eyes look bad than undeepsetting your eyes

Even @RealSurgerymax would probably recommend something else rather than undeepsetting your eyes

Btw Can u send a pic or send a pic of an Asian with deep set eyes? I live next to a lot of Asians don’t think I’ve ever seen one with deep set eyes

Asian deep-set eyes don’t look deep-set to the untrained Western eye. You have to know what you’re looking for. They look small and constricted.

When you understand that true deep-set eyes are defined as deep relative to the lateral orbital rim, not deep relative to the nose, it becomes apparent that deep-set eyes are very bad for Asians to have.

I want to move my eyes forward, not shave off bone, because my anterior cranium is very shallow.

Here’s a rough sketch that resembles my side profile (lol)

As you can see, the distance shown by the blue line is already extremely short. I want everything on the upper third to be pushed forward to make my side look less subhuman. My eyes needs to be more forward, my nose bridge needs to be more forward, and my forehead needs an implant to bring it forward.

I don’t fucking care about it anymore. My fat distribution is too subhuman. No matter how lean I get, my facial skin stays extremely thick and loose. So I gave up.
