none of those, just genetics
i’m not really talking about bone growth, i don’t really care for increased size too much since mine are good.

just talking about optimal health, like good density, strong etc

Solution
magnesium, zinc.

taken before bed?
taking supplements won't do anything, synthetic supplements are barely absorbed and they won't do shit for your bone health

boron zinc magnesium I wouldn't buy seperately but rather find something that combines zinc magnesium and calcium maybe idk

never supplement calcium . it’s harmful.
get through a food source or even egg shells, 1g of egg shell contains 400mg calcium.

Seen you post about this a few times and I don't disagree with you necessarily but am curious as to the evidence you have to substantiate your claims?
I'd be wasting money on a decent few supplements if this is the case.
Are you only referring to vitamins/minerals?

"required for optimal bone growth"
and strong, healthy bones in general.
i assume if you have optimal bone health, you’d also get optimal bone growth since u get everything u need for bones.

either way bad phrasing from me. i mean health mainly and density.
